Then I switched to the liquid form being VERY careful to convert properly the mg to ml and weaned off slowly from there. I've been off now for 2 years. Due to increased work stress as of late I've been thinking of trying SJW or Amoryn but would like something standardized that doesn't vary pill to pill and bottle to bottle. You know.. that messes with my mind. Peace.
