Hi All,
I have hideous treatment resistant depression, likely somewhere in the bipolar spectrum. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether Li orotate would be appropriate to try if one's main problem is depression? At many points my depression has been of the sluggish, anergic, can't wash the dishes sort. Other times I'm a nervous basket case. At the moment life is pretty stressful and I'm coping with intense anxiety - having a hard time focusing, organizing.
thanks,
Emme
