Hello,
Just reading up on the net about vitamin H (biotin). Although not likely, biotin definciency causes fatigue, depression and hair- loss - which i have suffered from for a long time. Just wondering if anyone tryed the stuff.

Hi! I take a biotin supplement twice a day - but honestly I haven't noticed a difference that can be directly attributed to the supplement. If nothing else, it's good for my hair and nails. :-)

Thanks for the response,
I just started taking a multivitamin containing biotin. I think if u are lacking biotin then would help for depression but oh well like u said, atleast good for hair and nails!
