I know that in the Stoll fish oil study olive oil was used as a placebo, but has anyone here had success with olive oil as an antidepressant, either with or without a mood stabilizer?

I think that a correct ratio of all the fatty acids is best for the brain and mental health. Olive oil howver, contains quercetin which is a fairly potent natural sedative. It is a PKC inhibitor like lithium
