I found this fascinating. Also, I was wondering if anyone here takes a mushroom extract and or could recommend one.

I take Rei Shi, and have done so for some years. It is somewhat calming. I have fewer cold sores and less nail fungus after taking it. One herb that suits me so far. It may be a sensible thing to take to discourage some cancers.
I have listened to Stamets on youtube. He makes it all very interesting. He has a good book out.
