lots of knowledgeable people there who will help you.
As for me - no clue!! although I'm willing to blame weight gain on anything I can think of eg the dog, the weather etc!

Hi, me too trying to find that out.. not enough motivation with lex.. eff was good but too irritable like extreme pms and big fights with my husband was going extreme , so now it's opposite with lexapro too low energy,, what should I do?? I have social phobia and depression , anxiety... so we'll see. sorry my english i'm french canadian...
