..Just coming up to 40! My 20 year old nephew, unfortunately unemployed, got his 19 year-old (also unemployed) girlfriend pregnant. (This is also my nephew who dropped out of Grade 9) If everyone only knew how dysfunctional my family really is...hah...but I am one to talk!

That's quite the idea Phillipa!
I always remember decades ago when people did NOT wear sparkles ANYwhere....my aunt wearing bright green sparkles on her eyelids to my Mom's funeral!!! It was also in the days when 'valium' was some women's escape & was dished out by doctors like bubblegum. I was standing at the coffin & one of my many aunts came up, stood beside me, & slipped a valium into my palm.
Both of those things might not sound like much nowadays, but back then it was a BIG deal & I thought, boy, my Mom's family are quite nuts.
